Damaged or Lost Items
If your Synoshi order arrives damaged during transit, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
Please contact our Customer Support Team via our contact form and provide:
- A clear photo of the damaged item.
- A photo of the damaged packaging.
Please note: Damaged items must be returned for inspection. The return address will be provided by our support team.
